If you are experiencing a computer problem or just have a question not answered in this website, please complete the form below.
Upon form submission, a ticket will be created in our call tracking system and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This confirmation e-mail will contain a unique ticket number that you can later use to check the status of your inquiry. An IT Service Center Specialist will contact you if we need more information or will route the call to the appropriate department within ITSD.
Note: Submitting support requests via e-mail or online form is not recommended for issues that require an immediate response. Please call the Service Center at (781) 239-4357 or visit us in Horn 220 if you need immediate assistance during business hours.
Tickets submitted online or via e-mail will be processed within one business day. Tickets submitted after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday. Tickets submitted on Holidays or over Christmas Break will not be processed until the College's next business day.
