Faculty and Staff Printing
Faculty and Staff may use the network printers located in their individual departments and may also purchase a desktop inkjet printer if it is approved and paid for by their department.
To connect to a departmental network printer, find the printer's network path on a label on the front of the printer. You can type this path in to the address field of your browser to connect to it automatically. You can also click on one of the following print server links, then click double-click on the printer that you would like to connect to.

How do I cancel a print job?
- Click Start, then Settings, then Printers to open the Printers folder.
- Double-click the icon for the printer you are using.
- In the list, click the document you want to cancel.
- On the Document menu, click Cancel Printing.
Note: You can cancel the printing of all documents on a printer that is attached to your computer. If you are using a network printer, you can cancel only your own documents. If you need to purge a printer queue of all jobs, call the IT Service Center at x4357 (HELP).
How do I view the status of a print job or printer?
To view the status of a print job, double-click the printer icon next to the clock on the taskbar (bottom-right corner of your screen). When your document is finished printing, the printer icon disappears.

Contact the Document Center at x4266. The document center is located on the first floor of Hollister.
