Mailbox Size LimitsITSD has implemented an e-mail storage quota to ensure that available server space is fairly distributed among all users. Maintaining this quota also helps improve the overall performance and stability of the e-mail system.Student e-mail accounts include 150 megabytes (MB) of storage space. You will begin to receive warning emails when your account reaches 125 MB. If you exceed the 150 MB limit, you will no longer be able to send e-mail from your account. If your account exceeds 200 MB, you will not be able to send or receive any e-mail from your account.
Faculty and Staff will begin to receive warning e-mails when their account reaches 400 MB.

If you exceed your storage quota, you will need to delete or move enough e-mail to go back under the quota. Once you go back under the quota, you will be able to send and/or receive e-mail without any restrictions.
