Mechanical Maintenance

The mechanical maintenance staff includes certified and/or licensed plumbers, electricians and heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) mechanics.  

Services include:

• Inspection and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Installation of electrical fixtures and wiring
• Maintenance of central heating/cooling plants and hot water and chilled water distribution systems
• Maintenance of  off-campus college properties
• Maintenance of electrical distribution systems and end user equipment
• Maintenance, installation and repair plumbing fixtures
• Maintenance of life safety systems
