Individual sessions with counselors focus on issues related to the decision-making process throughout your job search.  Meetings are usually focused on topics such as identification of appropriate resources, how to develop strategies related to the job search, networking tips, resume and cover letter review, interviewing skills and salary/job negotiations.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
MBTI is an assessment instrument to measure behavior patterns and personality types.  The results provide an indication of appropriate work roles as well as appropriate job search strategies and techniques.  It takes less than one hour to complete, and an individual interpretation will be provided by a Babson MBA career counselor at a mutually agreed upon time.

CareerLeader
CareerLeader is the premier business self-assessment tool.  CareerLeader is a sophisiticated expert system based on three business career self-assessment inventories and interactive interpretive tools. CareerLeader is self-directed and the system will guide you through those pages that are relevant for the interpretation of your profiles.  You will be able to compare your interest, skill and reward value profiles with the profiles of business professionals from 23 different MBA career paths.
