VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT AND REGULATIONS

1.  Only properly authorized employees or students may operate Babson College vehicles.

2.  Any driver of a Babson College vehicle shall at all times be in possession of a valid United
     States/Canadian or International Drivers's License. Licenses suspended or revoked for
     any reason shall be reported to the drivers' supervisor or campus advisor.

3.  The vehicle shall be operated according to Babson College regulations and applicable
     state laws.

4.  Non-authorized use of Babson College vehicles is prohibited.

5.  The number of passengers permitted may not exceed the number of seat belts.

6.  The driver assumes full responsibility for any fines resulting from traffic or parking
     violations incurred while using a Babson College vehicle.

7.  Transporting hitch-hikers or other unauthorized passengers is not permitted at any time.

8.  The vehicle ignition must be off and locked when unattended.

9.  Report any accidents, damage or moving violations while driving a college owned or
     leased vehicle to Babson College Public Safety immediately, or upon your return to
     campus.

10. Driving is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

11. Drivers and all passengers are required to wear seat belts in Babson College owned
      or leased vehicles.  EXCEPTION: Optional on campus under 20 mph and where frequent
      exit and entry is required, such as for deliveries and services on Babson College owned
      roads.

12. Vans must be returned clean inside and out to the marked areas in Forest Lot.  Gas tank
      must not read less than 1/2 full.

Advisory Precautions

1.  Reduce speed below posted limit when roads are wet or slippery.

2.  Use turn signals for every turn or lane change.

3.  Exercise extra caution when backing up.

4.  Do not tailgate.  Always maintain a good following distance between vehicles.

5.  Be aware of the blindside of your vehicle.
