Graduate Spring 09 Registration Guide

Bill Payment:
All FALL 2008 student accounts must be paid in full to participate in course selection. Spring 2009 payments are due Wednesday, February 04, 2009; payments for the First Year of the Two Year Program are due Wednesday, February 04, 2009. Bills may be viewed on line only - paper bills will not be mailed.

For Students Changing to Full-time Status
Evening students may register for a maximum of 11.5 credits in one semester.  If you plan to enroll in more than 11.5 credits, you need to apply for a “change of status” from part-time to full-time through the Office of Program Management.  If you have already been approved for full-time status you do not need to apply again.  Further information regarding full-time status and the Application for Status Change are on-line in the Graduate Programs & Student Affairs website, select Evening MBA and under Forms select Status Change for this application.

Two Year Spring Modules Begin : 01/05/09

New Graduate Orientation: 01/10/09 (Saturday)

Graduate Classes Begin: 01/21/09

Graduate "A" Session Ends: 03/10/09

Graduate"B" Session Begins: 03/11/09
Spring Break: 03/16/09 - 03/20/09

Last day to withdraw and receive a "W": 04/01/09


Graduate Final Exams:

Evening Classes 04/29/09 - 05/05/09

Day Classes: 05/04/09 - 05/08/09

Graduate Commencement:  05/16/09 2:30pm
