Guidelines for Uploading Transcripts to eRecruiting Uploading your Transcript to the eRecruiting Web site:
- Cut and paste all your grades from Portal onto a Microsoft Word document.
- Remove formatting in the Word document before saving and uploading.
- Add your name to the top of the transcript and Babson College (if it is removed when cutting and pasting).
- Follow directions above “Uploading the Document to the eRecruiting Web site.”
- Save your transcript as an “Other Document.”
- In your eRecruiting profile, go to “Academics” and click edit. Scroll down and highlight "transcript" under “Transcript Required.”
Downloading applications from the CCD Web site and uploading into eRecruiting:
- Go to http://www3.babson.edu/Offices/ug_ccd/Applications.cfm.
- Select which company file you need to download and click and save. (Helpful Tip: When saving the document make sure that it is saved under "My Documents" on your computer rather than in a "Temporary Internet Folder").
Uploading the document to the eRecruiting Web site:
- Once in eRecruiting click on the “Documents” header.
- To upload the document, click on the upload tab and then follow the instructions.
- Please place this document in the “Other Document” section with the proper file name.
