Dean Dennis HannoMessage from the Dean
Seeing and meeting many of you just a few short weeks ago was a wonderful experience. The academic year is off to a roaring start! Orientation was a great success, our academic and cocurricular program offerings are in full swing, and even more exciting events and activities are scheduled for the fall semester. Our No. 1 ranking by Entrepreneur magazine outlined below is just another accomplishment to add to the ever-growing list of well-rounded recognition in the marketplace for the Babson community. I hope to celebrate these achievements with you at one of our upcoming fun-filled activities taking place during Career Expo, Back to Babson, and Family & Friends Weekend.

Babson College Named "Changemaker Campus" by Ashoka U
Ashoka U announced the selection of five universities to comprise its second Changemaker Campus Consortium. Babson College, the University of Colorado at Boulder, College of the Atlantic, The New School, and Tulane University will work together to set a new standard for social entrepreneurship education. Now in its second year, the partnership brings together students, faculty, and staff from across campus to transform their university into a hub for social change. The five universities will join last year's Changemaker Campuses--Cornell, George Mason, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Maryland--in an effort to share best practices and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
