This pair of cases examines corporate downsizing (A case) and accounting fraud (B case) primarily at Sunbeam Corporation under the leadership of “Chainsaw” Al Dunlap. The A case is intended for use by both organizational behavior and ethics behavior. The B case may be used by both accounting and law faculty.
