Proctor and Gamble v. Paragon Trade Brands:

This unique business case series is actually extracted from court decisions. The A case describes the disposable diaper industry, dominated by Proctor and Gamble and Kimberly-Clark through innovation and patent protection and the smaller private label producers that perform little, if any, research and development. The first cases involve common allegations and defenses of patent infringement and the Antitrust case involves related antitrust questions of collusion and patent misuse.
