What is Career Expo?
Career Expo is a forum for informal exchange between company representatives and students. It is an opportunity to meet with Babson undergraduates, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business students, faculty members, and administrators to maximize your organization's exposure and gain information about our curricula and students. Last year, 100 corporations were in attendance!
At Expo, you have the opportunity to showcase your career opportunities, corporate culture, and the skills and competencies for success in your company. It is also a great chance to promote full-time and internship opportunities.
The table fee for Expo is $250. Non-profit organizations are invited to join us at a discounted rate of $75. Graduate Schools are invited to join us for a discounted rate of $125. Contact us for more information. Payment may be made by credit card or check upon completion of your registration (please make checks payable to "Babson College, Center for Career Development").
Sponsorship: $750
Become a sponsor to further support our Career Education Programs. Sponsorship provides an excellent branding opportunity, promoting your firm through advertising, event placement and other special perks. Detailed information can be found in the online registration materials.
Includes: Preferred booth placement, up to 6 attendees, advertising in the Career Expo brochure, 1 additional table, electrical hookup and media, post-Expo reception invitation.
Corporate Partner: $1,500
Looking for a way to maximize your Babson experience?
As a Corporate Partner, you will continually build brand recognition through your involvement in yearlong career programming.
Includes:
- Sponsorship at Career Expo
- Sponsorship at the Internship Fair (Spring 2009)
- Host an Online Workshop: Offer a 10 – 15 minute online presentation to highlight your industry
- Corporate Recruiter Day Participant (April 2009)
Individually, these services cost $1875. As a Corporate Partner for the 2008-2009 academic year, you can package these events for $1500.
Who can attend Career Expo?
Organizations that provide employment opportunities aligned with the educational and experiential profile of Babson undergraduate and graduate students are invited to attend Expo. Companies seeking to recruit qualified candidates as full-time employees or as interns should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to begin their recruitment process. Last year, 100 companies from a variety of industries, not-for-profits, and job functions were represented. (Please note that space is limited, so reserve early.)

CAREER EXPO CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received before September 10th will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 processing charge. Registration fees are nonrefundable for cancellations after September 10th.
