A key method for branding your company on a college campus is to support career related programming. At the Graduate Center for Career Development, we offer several opportunities for companies to show students their commitment to Babson. Here are a number of less traditional ways for Babson students to get to know you.

Management Consulting Field Experience(MCFE)
MCFE: The Management Consulting Field Experience provides students with an opportunity to engage in specific business problems of a partner company. Students gain valuable and practical work experience and academic credit. Since 1977 Babson MBA students have been consulting with businesses and the MBA MCFE is an integral part of the learning process at Babson. The MBA MCFE team consists of three to five MBA students. Teams are also organized into a section of five teams and a MCFE Advisor. At the conclusion of the project, the MCFE team's findings and recommendations are presented to the sponsor company. Companies benefit from the program by receiving an objective analysis from a diverse team with strong backgrounds. If you are interested in being a sponsor company, please click here.
Career Expo is a forum for informal exchange between company representatives and students. Attended by Babson undergraduates, MBAs, faculty members, and administrators, Career Expo is a key way to maximize your organization's exposure and gain information about our curricula and students. To register go to www.babson.edu/careerexpo. Registration is open June through Septmeber.
