President Len Schlesinger and the Babson College Community invite you to a pre-reception and gala screening of Mary Mazzio's new film, TEN9EIGHT. Hailed by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan as "wonderful and inspirational," this stunning new film chronicles the remarkable stories of several inner-city teens who learn to become entrepreneurs. What they learn in the process profoundly changes their lives and destinies.

A select cluster of Wellesley Summer Theatre Company veterans, The Sour Grapes Collaborative, is proud to announce their delightful and highly inventive production of A Christmas Carol. The show opens on Tuesday, December 15 @ 7pm in Schneider Hall on the Wellesley College Campus.
A Christmas Carol is Dickens beloved classic about the redemption of an old, bitter and miserly man by a visit to his past, a chilling glimpse into the future and a vivid and enlightening experience of the present moment, guided by three peculiar ghosts and inspired (or badgered into it) by his old, long-dead business partner.
The Sour Grapes Collaborative has adapted, directed, designed, and cast themselves in this first WSTC Christmas Carol, the company members being, Sarah Barton, Danny Bolton, John Davin, and Lisa Foley.
All Performances will be 1 hour
December 15th December 20th
Evenings @ 7pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Matinees @ 3pm: Saturday Dec. 19th and Sunday Dec. 20th.
NO admission fee but monetary donations are gladly accepted! |
