Connect. Connecting the LGBT global business community by uniting students and professionals from around the world in a dynamic and innovative setting.
Build. Building leadership within the LGBT global business community by fostering the training and mentorship vital to reaching the upper echelons of business.
Achieve. Achieving new heights by equipping our LGBT leaders with the tools to overcome any barriers to personal and professional success.
Past Events
Two students of the full-time MBA program went to the Reaching Out MBA Conference in New York. We connected to industry leaders promoting Babson as a diverse and entrepreneurial campus.
We met 320 MBA students from the LGBT community. They came from all over the country, and the best schools Babson College, Harvard, NYU. Meeting in New York we discussed LGBT issues in Business.
One of our little delegations joint in a blended team with 2 other business schools to take part in the business case competition. We presented in front of professional consultants from Booz Allen Hamilton, arguing the case of Mark Stumpp a transgender employee at Prudential.
Even so we did not make it to the final round we received very good feedback regarding our presentation, which you can download here.
It was a great event with loads of fun, meeting new people and connecting to other student leaders as well as great companies to work for.
