Program Description

Girls' Field Hockey teaching sessions encourage player development and the teaching sessions are structured to allow players of all ages and abilities to progress at their pace with players of similiar age and ability.

In addition to fundamental stickwork skills, players receive instruction and the opportunity to practice in drills and competitive games. Special emphasis is placed on increasing each camper's overall understanding of the rules, concepts, and team strategies of the sport. The Babson Field Hockey Day Camp strives to develop in each camper the qualities needed to become an excellent, all-around field hockey player who has all offensive and defensive skills. Goalkeepers receive individualized instruction from an outstanding staff of college-level goalkeepers and coaches.
