"Babson Business Edge definitely ranks among my top academic experiences." - Jing Ling Liu BBE '07

How You'll Grow

As you gain the Babson Business Edge, you'll undoubtedly reflect on your new knowledge and how it can help advance your career aspirations. To provide focus for your reflection, we've integrated a comprehensive career curriculum into the program.

Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program
In our Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, you'll be trained to critique your peers as well as receive expert guidance on your leadership, teamwork, decision making, oral communication, and listening skills. The program is based on Babson's flagship mentoring program.

Individual Career Counseling
All program attendees will have a career adviser available to them for individual feedback and guidance on personal marketing materials and interviewing skills.

Skills-based Career Workshops
We've created a series of workshops to counsel you in your internship and job searches, including resume coaching, interviewing techniques, and networking best practices.

"It's Still Business" Dinner
In the business arena, your job interview might include dinner with executives or your future manager. This program will reinforce techniques for interviewing while socializing and dining.

"Meet the Pros" Networking Reception
Babson alumni will participate in this real-life networking event to help you practice your networking skills while meeting business professionals and establishing valuable contacts.

Plus …
During your entire three-week experience, you will have access to our Center for Career Development.
