What You'll Learn

We've designed an exciting three-week program packed with hands-on learning experiences that are applicable to any business pursuit. From day one, you will apply management concepts to real-world situations and think creatively about new possibilities and solutions.

Get Started
Learn the fundamentals of management including accounting, business law, entrepreneurship, finance, information technology, marketing, operations, organizational behavior, and strategy, and begin to understand how they interrelate.

Try It Out
Test your classroom knowledge by participating in an online business simulation that puts you in the driver's seat. From research and design to production and marketing, you'll work through a business cycle, learning when to start over and when to try new approaches and strategies.

See How It Really Works
Explore a real-world business. You'll research a Boston-based company, learn about its industry, visit and tour the company and meet its executives, analyze the information you've gathered, and present your findings and recommendations to program faculty.

Put It All Together
Integrate your new skills as you and your team develop and present a business plan. You'll come up with a new business idea, analyze the market, develop and write the proposal, and present it to your peers, faculty, and business professionals. They
will evaluate all of the presentations and recognize top performers.

At the end of the program, you will have earned six academic credits and have a valuable set of new business knowledge, skills, and resources at your disposal.
