Dr. Salvatore teaches multi-disciplinary courses in information technology at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, as well as an intensive course on knowledge management. His research focus is in the areas of strategic alliances and networked organizations, knowledge management strategy, and the use of technology to support virtual collaboration. He has several years of work experience as a strategy consultant at KPMG LLP and as an Electrical Engineer at IBM. He also has previous teaching experience at Boston University’s School of Management. In addition to teaching at Babson, he currently works at IBM’s Knowledge and Organizational Performance Forum.
