At Babson, we surround our female gradu​ate students with the resources they need to be dynamic leaders in the business world.

The Babson Association of Women MBAs (BAWMBA) is led by students to offer their peers the opportunity to build networks, find and be a mentor, and attend both formal events and informal gatherings with the goal of encouraging the advancement of women in leadership roles.

Empowering programs and scholarship opportunities through the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL), coupled with the support of faculty and staff throughout the graduate program experience provide a healthy, encouraging environment to inspire confident female business leaders as they prepare to advance their careers.
