FYS Instructors
A First-Year Seminar (FYS) instructor is a Babson College staff member trained to lead an FYS seminar. This person is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the content for the FYS program for his or her class of 18 - 22 students. The instructor, peer mentor and faculty advisor set the course syllabus. Additionally, the instructor provides additional support to students throughout their first year as needed.
