Reserve the Cutler Center
The Cutler Center can be reserved for classes or meetings for campus organizations. If you need to reserve the Cutler Center for a training session and have access to Outlook, please follow the instructions provided below: - Open your Outlook Calendar
- Select a time/date & open an appointment
- Type in the name of the meeting on the Subject Line
- Go to tool bar & hit “Invite Attendees” button
- Hit the “To” button
- Make sure “Global Address List” is selected on far right hand drop down box
- Type in “Cutler Center” on far left to select from the Global Address List provided below
- Once Cutler Center appears below, hit “Resources” button (3rd down in center of screen)
- Select any other attendees that you wish to invite to the meeting if applicable. (They should appear in the “Required” or “Optional” boxes)
- Send Meeting Invite.
If the Cutler Center is available, you will receive an immediate response letting you know the meeting has been booked. If the Cutler Center is not available, you will receive an immediate response that the Cutler Center can not accept the invitation.
Note: when setting up the meeting, you can check the “Scheduling” tab to see if the Cutler Center is available before sending the meeting invite. Also, if you do not add the Cutler Center under “Resources” but under “Required” or “Optional”, you will not be notified immediately whether the invite has been accepted or rejected in the Cutler calendar.
