The STEP Project is enlisting multigenerational business families to join a global network of academic and family leaders who are exploring how to create an entrepreneurial legacy of growth and continuity.

Families selected to participate in the STEP Project establish a personalized connection with regional universities and other business families in order to further explore entrepreneurship in the family context and to provide proven solutions for transgenerational wealth creation.

The STEP Project findings have immediate application to participating family business. Participation empowers families to determine the specific practices, strategies, and structures that will ensure growth and continuity in their own family business or group.
