Corptech has amazing industry and product codes to narrow searches. See their web site for industry codes 

Basic Search for Company Name

1. Once connected, type in the company name into the enter a search term box
2. Double-click the company name and it will appear in the lower box. Click on the record button to view the record for that company.

Basic Search for Companies within a SIC or NAICS group

1. Scroll down in the Select an Index column to the Products category.
2. Click once on the specific category, such as SIC or NAICS codes. Type in the code desired, or scroll through the list. Double-click on all of the codes that you wish to search.
3. Click on the Full Query button to search for all industries selected.
4. Click on the Record button to view the first full record or click on Summary for a line by line listing of companies.

Searching by Multiple Criteria

1. In the Select an Index column, choose first selected index.
2. In the Enter a search term column, type in the term(s) desired, then double-click on each one that you wish to include in your search. Use "*" for truncation.
3. Go back to the index column and choose a second criteria, type in terms or choose by double clicking to include in your search.
4. Notice the blue Total Found changes based on the criteria that you add.
5. When you are ready to perform the search, click on the Full Query button.
6. Click on either the Summary button or the Record icon to view the results.

Records can be viewed and printed as much as you like with the online and CD-ROM versions.

Downloading is only available with the online version.  Please download sparingly as our license is limited to downloading 12,000 records.

CD-ROM Instructions:
To mark records for print , click on the little box next to the record. You can also choose to select all records by choosing Edit, then Select All.

To Download Records

1. View/Open one of the records by double-clicking the name.
2. From the menu bar select File... Export... ASCII.
3. Select your Export Range: current record, checked or marked records or range desired.
4. Edit file name to indicate an appropriate drive and desired filename. Delimited options are not available.
5. Click OK.

To Print Records

Click on the print icon, choose the appropriate printer, then click on OK.

Search in the Index by any combination of these criteria: company name, address, telephone number, internet address, ownership, year established, source of capital, government contractor, company size (sales or employees), international business, projected growth, products, SIC or NAICS code, executive name and responsibility.

The Employment Trends database tracks historical and future employment growth in U.S. high technology companies. Reports include national, regional, state and by industry groups.

The OneSource CorpTech web site provides only sample profiles unless you want to purchase the records online.
