How To Submit a Request

Marketing senior leadership across campus and within Babson Marketing meet weekly for status meetings and meet monthly at Marketing Council to ensure coordination of marketing efforts across the institution. Please contact your marketing account manager from the list below to discuss your marketing request in greater detail. While Marketing will initially discuss all projects with you, we are able to only accept projects that align with our primary objective of promoting and extending Babson’s brand.

After connecting with your account manager, requests for marketing services must be submitted through our online project management tool, JIRA. JIRA offers full transparency on the status and scope of projects under way. On the JIRA website, you can communicate with production staff in real time, and view your deliverables as soon as they are ready for your feedback.
