| Christopher Kandus Assistant Dean
Provides primary leadership and management of several student affairs functional areas, including: Residential Life and Housing, Student Activities and Leadership, Spiritual Life and Community Service Programs through the Bernon Center. Chris also oversees the Meal Plan Exemption, approval of student businesses and the Babson College Shuttle Service. Additionally, Chris serves as one of the lead staff members in the Crisis Management process for the college. | Jennie Erdle Assistant Director
Assists in the management campus life programs, specifically pertaining to the advisement of the Student Government Association. Additionally, Jennie plans multicultural programs and handles event registrations, posting policies and the management of the OCL grant. | Erica Roach Coordinator
Oversees the day to day operation of the Reynolds Campus Center, including the student business retail space, student programming, Reynolds Campus Center Advisory Board, and coordinates the Commuter Student Program. Erica serves as the advisor to the Campus Activities Board and Conduct Council and is the Coordinator for Babson College Family Weekend. | Lisa Virga Assistant Director
Develops the Residential Living programming model for all residence halls on campus and works with each of the Area Directors in implementing this model and programmatic efforts. Manages the occupancy of all residence hall assignments for undergraduate and graduate students living on campus. Supervises the Graduate Residence Directors in Woodland Hill.
