Serve as the primary advisor to the Greek Community including all 7 fraternities and sororities, Greek Council, Panhellenic Council, and Interfraternity Council. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Senior Week and Stress Relief Programming.

Oversees the registration of clubs and organizations, manages event registration and approvals. Advises the Campus Activities Board coordinates Banana Splittin' Day as well as weekend programming, manages the OCL Grant program and the events calendar. Develops innovative programs and services designed to create a more inclusive campus for students. Provides strategic direction for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programming and administrative initiatives that emphasize and foster community awareness and inclusiveness for under-represented populations.  Works collaboratively with the Chief Diversity Officer and other campus departments to identify and implement institutional priorities for student diversity efforts on campus.  Mentors and advises diverse students, clubs, and organizations.  Works with all students, student leaders, and student organizations to promote and create an inclusive campus environment.
