 Meet the GPSA Staff Director, Graduate Programs and Student Affairs  | Terry Parham Director, Graduate Programs and Student Affairs Phone: 781-239-4463 Fax: 781-239-6138 Email: tparham@babson.edu | As the Director of Graduate Programs and Student Affairs, Terry is responsible for the management of OPM and in this capacity has oversight of program management for all MBA, MS and certificate programs offered at the Graduate School. Terry came to Babson in 2005 after years of experience in for-profit, non-profit, and entrepreneurial ventures. Immediately prior to joining GPSA, Terry was an independent consultant in an enterprise she founded called TIU Consulting (dba THeINNERU) in Boston. Terry’s work in the non-profit sector includes serving as the Program Manager for the Women of Ethnic Diversity Initiative of The Commonwealth Institute, the Vice President of Operations for Junior Achievement of Northern New England, Inc. and the Executive Director of STRIVE, Inc. Terry received a BA in Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA with a concentration in Public and Non-Profit Management from Boston University. Terry is also an adjunct faculty member at several local universities, teaching topics in non-profit management and introductory courses in entrepreneurship.
Evening Program  | Lynn McElholm Manager, Evening MBA Program Phone: 781-239-5227 Fax: 781-239-6318 Email: lmcelholm@babson.edu | Lynn manages the Evening MBA Program, the Master of Science Programs, and the Certificate in Advanced Management. Her responsibilities include academic planning, student advising, and policy development as well as achieving and maintaining a high quality student experience. Lynn has worked at Babson in the Graduate Programs and Student Affairs office since 2001. Before joining Babson, she worked in Germany for 1.5 years at a global steel engineering firm, BWG, as well as a non-profit organization called Kindernothilfe. She has traveled to over 20 countries and took part on the Babson off-shore elective courses to China and Brazil. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics/psychology from Union College. She earned an MBA with a concentration in Global Management in May 2007 after completing Babson’s Evening Program.  | Jennifer Savage Program Assistant Phone: 781-239-4474 Fax: 781-239-6138 Email: jsavage2@babson.edu | Jennifer helps to administer all the Graduate Student Programs and is particularly involved with the Evening Program. She also coordinates the Graduate Awards Ceremony and the Graduate Student Handbook. Jennifer is a recent graduate of Babson College (Undergraduate) where she also interned part-time at the Office of International Programs.

Beth is responsible for the operations of the Two-Year MBA Program. Beth holds an MBA from Babson College, and a BS in Business Management from Westfield State College. As the Manager of the Two-Year Program, Beth is responsible for the delivery of the Two-Year program within an understanding of the objectives, criteria, and format established by the Babson Graduate School of Business. This includes meeting with the faculty on a regular basis, setting program goals, and making ongoing changes and adjustments. Beth also coordinates many Two-year activities including orientation, the first year module curriculum materials and logistics, and student advising.  | Cornelia "Neely" Steinberg Assistant Manager, Two-Year MBA Program Phone: 781-239-6187 Fax: 781-239-6138 Email:csteinberg@babson.edu | As the Assistant Program Manager for the Two-Year MBA Program, Neely works closely with the Two-Year Program Manager to help deliver the Two Year MBA program. Prior to working in GPSA, Neely was the Assistant Tennis Coach for the Babson men and women’s teams for 2 years while pursuing a Master’s Degree in counseling at Boston University. Neely graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in political science. One Year Program |

| As the Manager of the One-Year Program, Meagan is responsible for the planning and delivery of the One-Year MBA core curriculum and related programming, daily operations of the program, and student advising for the One-Year MBA students. Meagan holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Communication from Cornell University. Prior to receiving her MBA from Babson, Meagan worked in the performing arts industry as an Operations Manager. Graduate Student Affairs
Athena manages Student Affairs within the graduate school. Prior to starting at Babson in December 2000, she worked as the Assistant Director of Programs at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, developing programs connecting leaders in business, education and government. Athena also has several years of experience in both student and academic affairs capacities, working in study abroad programs at the University of Pittsburgh, and campus life at North Carolina State University. She has also traveled around the world as both a student and staff member on the Semester at Sea Program. Athena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. | Sandy Lundeen
Program Director, Fast Track MBA Phone: 781-239-5643 Fax: 781-239-6138 Email:slundeen@babson.edu | Sandy is the Program Director for the Fast Track MBA and has been at Babson for over 5 years. She oversees the daily operations of the Fast Track MBA and works closely with faculty, students, and Babson’s own Curriculum Innovation Technology Group (CITG) to deliver the Fast Track MBA. Sandy has over 7 years of experience working in the distance learning environment as well as working with numerous “start-up” organizations. Sandy was nominated in 2007 for the "Women Who Make a Difference Award" at Babson College. Additionally, Sandy earned her Bachelor Degree in Marketing from UMASS and a web design degree from The Art Institute of Phoenix. She recently completed her Master's in Higher Education at Boston University and was inducted into the Pi Lambda Theta International Honor Society and Professional Association in Education. | 
| Dipti Madnani Manager, Fast Track MBA Program Phone: 781-239-5078 Fax: 781-239-6138 Email:dmadnani@babson.edu | Dipti is responsible for planning, delivery, and overall administration of the Fast Track MBA program for all Spring cohorts. Dipti has had experience working in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Immediately prior to joining the Babson team, Dipti was the Manager, Long-term Programs at United Planet, a non-profit organization based in Boston, which fosters cross-cultural understanding; she is now on United Planet’s Advisory Council. Dipti has also worked in the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce as the Manager in India of Istituto Marangoni, an education institute with programs in Milan, London and Paris. Dipti has worked in India, Italy, and the US. Additionally, Dipti holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai, India, an MS in Software Engineering from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa, Italy and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India  | Laura Gavel Administrative Coordinator, Fast Track MBA Program Phone: 781-239-6196 Fax: 781-239-6148 Email:mailto:lgavel@babson.edu | Laura works with the Fast Track MBA programs and with the Graduate Programs and Student Affairs team. Prior to this position, Laura worked at the Babson Executive Conference Center for 13 years and became familiar with the Fast Track Program and some of the faculty, staff and students. Laura holds a Bachelor degree from Lasell College.
