Babson Counseling Program at
Human Relations Services, Inc. (HRS) Babson provides a variety of counseling for students who need consultation, referral, and short term treatment. The counseling program is available through the Human Relations Service (HRS), 11 Chapel Place, Wellesley. For information about the program, and appointments, call 781/235-4950. The staff at HRS includes 22 psychologists, 4 clinical social workers, and 2 psychiatrists.
Confidentially is of utmost importance to Babson and HRS. Records of counseling sessions never become part of a student's transcript or college record, nor is information shared with Babson personnel without permission.
Full-time students can see a counselor for up to ten visits without charge. Continued visits may be covered by medical insurance, or students can pay for these visits on their own and may apply for a reduced fee according to need.
