Global Management Field-Based Experience
Since employers are typically looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience in a particular industry or functional area, you may want to consider using some of your elective credits to build your resume while you are a student.
If you want to work directly with a Global company or an International company, check the options available through:
MCFE (Fall, Spring & Summer – 3 credits)
MCFE students work in teams of 3-5 members to assist companies with a wide range of business problems. Throughout the year, the MCFE office publishes a list of companies, along with project descriptions, that are available each semester. You can apply individually or as a team to work with a company that interests you.

The Joint MCFE provides students with an international team-based consulting experience. In J-MCFE students apply the analytical skills they have learned in the classroom to an international company’s current business issue. Similar to Babson’s long standing Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE) Program the J-MCFE Program joins student’s from Babson with students from another International Institution who work together as a team on a project for an international sponsoring company. The team evaluates specific issue around a proposed project and then makes their recommendations to the sponsoring client.
