Vending: Your Babson OneCard can be used at any of the soda/juice machines and snack machines around campus. Simply insert the card, check your balance, and select your product.

Laundry: Most dorms on campus are equipped with laundry rooms for the students to use. Instead of searching for quarters and trying to save up, simply use your OneCard to pay for the washing and drying of your clothes. In some laundry rooms, you can even pay for soap to be automatically injected to your cycle.

Postage: If you need to mail a letter or ship out a package, you can do it right here on campus with your Babson OneCard. Just bring your item to the Student Mailroom located in Reynolds and the staff there will calculate your postage, debit your OneCard, and take your item for you.  The Student Mailroom also accepts Munch Money, and will no longer accept Campus Cash starting in the Fall of 2008.

Copiers: You can also use your OneCard at one of the two coin-operated copy machines located on campus. They will also debit your card for the amount of copies you want. There is one in the Horn Library copy room, and one in the Olin Hall copy room.

Document Center:  The Babson community can use the Xerox Document Center located on the lower level of Hollister for their printing/copying needs. Any jobs completed there must be paid for using the Babson OneCard.  The Document Center also accepts Munch Money, and will no longer accept Campus Cash starting in the Fall of 2008.

To Add Campus Cash to Your OneCard: There are 5 Cash Value Centers (CVC) located around campus to add Campus Cash to your OneCard. They are located in:

• Reynolds Campus Center, next to the ATM
• Horn Library, in the copy room
• Olin Hall, in the copy room
• Keith Hall, in the laundry room
• Woodland Hills 9, in the laundry room

Make sure that you print a CVC receipt, as we are not responsible for reimbursement on lost or stolen cards unless a recent receipt is given.
