Transcripts

Under FERPA regulations, the student's authorization is required to release transcript records. You can do this on paper via mail, fax, or in person in at the Registrars Office. Current students can also submit requests through the Babson Portal.  Requests received via Portal are faster, easier, and more secure.

There is NO charge for transcripts.

Requesting a transcript in person

Forms are available in the hallway outside the Registrar's Office in Hollister Hall.  Please bring a picture ID.

Other Important Information:

• Transcripts are normally sent within 3-5 business days. Please plan accordingly.
• All official transcripts are printed on Babson letterhead, signed with the Registrar's signature, and stamped with the Babson seal. Unofficial transcripts do not have any of these criteria.
• Transcripts sent via FAX are unofficial.
• If you require express mailing (Federal Express) please call with your credit card number and expiration date for mailing charges. The office can be reached at 781-239-4519.
• If you have an outstanding balance with Student Financial Services, you will be notified upon receipt of this request, and your transcript will not be released.  If the hold is not resolved within 30 days your request will not be processed.
• We do not have electronic copies of transcripts.
