Email, mail, and fax requests require the following information:

Name - as attended
Local telephone number
Date of birth
Dates of attendance

Verification destination (letters can also be picked up at the Registrar's Office)
Number of copies requested

Please indicate what you would like to be verified

·          Enrollment of specific semester

·          Graduation date

·          Dates of enrollment

·          Status (full time, part time, # of credits)

Also, include any special request or instructions that the letter needs to include.

Requesting a verification in person

Forms are available in the hallway outside the Registrar's Office in Hollister Hall.   Please bring a picture ID.

Phone verifications:

Companies may call to verify that student/alumni is/was enrolled at BabsonCollege.  The only information that may be provided by the registrar's office is directory information.  Any other information that is not directory information can not be released without a student's signature authorizing us to release that information. (For a definition of directory information, please see FERPA Guidelines.)

Other Important Information:

Verifications are normally sent within 3-5 business days. 

If you have a form that needs to be filled out please include it with your request.  If you require express mailing please include your credit card number for mailing charges
