ALL CROSS REGISTERED STUDENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND SANCTIONS OF THE HOST INSTITUTION. THIS INCLUDES THE ACADEMIC HONESTY AND INTEGRITY POLICIES, AS WELL AS ADD/DROP AND WITHDRAWAL POLICIES.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR BABSON SENIORS:
Students who are cross-registering in their final semester need to be aware of the deadlines for grades to be submitted to the Babson College Registrar in order to meet commencement requirements. Students should be aware that for the Spring Semester grades must be received by Babson as of 4:30 p.m. on the Tuesday before Commencement. If grades are not received, the student would be listed in the Commencement Program with May graduates; honors will not be designated and will receive a blank diploma at the ceremony. The student will receive a diploma upon completion of all degree requirements, will be ranked with all graduates once all grades are in the system and will be awarded honors if applicable.
CROSS REGISTRATION: BABSON COLLEGE STUDENTS
Babson students are allowed to cross register for one course per semester. The only semester that students can cross register during is the Fall and Spring.
The only courses a Babson student may take at Regis or Pine Manor are studio or performing arts courses. The full policy is in the Undergraduate Catalog and Handbook.

Pine Manor Academic Calendar
Cross Registration: Outside Students Cross Registering to Babson College: Students from Brandeis, Pine Manor, Regis, and Wellesley may cross register at Babson.
Students must obtain the appropriate cross registration form from the Registrar’s office at their home institution and also complete Babson College's cross registration application, located at the top of this page. On the first day of Babson College's classes, bring both completed and signed forms to the Registrar's Office at Babson College (located on the 3rd floor of Hollister Hall). If a space is available in the course and there are no pre-requisites issues, we will register you for the course and sign the cross registration form. This form must then be returned to the Registrar’s Office at the student’s home institution.
***Please note that students from Brandeis, Pine Manor, Regis, and Wellesley cannot cross register until the start of the Babson semester.
***If a pre-requisite is required, the student must first obtain the professor’s approval to waive the pre-requisite. The professor must send permission to registrar@babson.edu.

Olin College students should complete the cross registration form available online through Olin’s Students Accounts and Records Center. If it is approved by the Olin Registrar, it will be forwarded to the Registrar’s Office at Babson. If a space is available in the course, we will register you for the course. Please note that it is assumed you have met the appropriate pre-requisites. If you have any questions about this policy, you should contact the Olin Registrar.
