  Under "Complete new MPN for Student Loans", follow the instructions for the Subsidized/Unsubsidized Stafford loan.

Entrance and Exit Interviews

• Federal Stafford Loan entrance and exit interviews
  
  Choose "Entrance and Exit Counseling" on the welcome page. Select Entrance counseling and "go" to start the interview.
  
  
• Federal Graduate PLUS Loan entrance interview
  
  Select "Entrance and Exit Counseling" on the welcome page. Select Entrance counseling and "go" to start the interview. Be sure to choose the PLUS Loan option. If you are borrowing both Stafford and graduate PLUS, complete the combintation entrance counseling.
