In this role Megan provides external relations strategies that engage key constituencies across the college to promote Babson College. Previously, Megan served as Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Recruitment. In this role, Megan oversaw the Campus Recruiting Program, provided career counseling to students and alumni, and coordinated corporate outreach initiatives including Career Expo and Corporate Recruiter Day. Prior to joining the CCD team at Babson College, Megan was the Recruiting Manager at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. leading the Investment Banking business undergraduate recruitment efforts. Megan earned her B.A. in English from Fordham University and her M.B.A. from Babson College. |

| Tara Place is the Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Recruiting for the Undergraduate Center for Career Development. Tara oversees the Campus Recruiting Program which assists employers interested in recruiting Babson students for both internship and full-time hiring needs. In this role, Tara also works with employers to keep them engaged on campus through events such as Career Expo and Corporate Recruiter Day. She also provides career counseling to current students as well as Babson alumni. Prior to joining the CCD team at Babson College, Tara worked at Fidelity Investments and held various management roles during her tenure including, Director of HR Process Consulting and Director of College Relations. Tara earned her BA from Boston University and a MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management. |

|  Rosemary Casey Manager, UG MCFE rcasey@babson.edu Ext. 4003 | Rosemary Casey came to Babson in March 2004 joining the Global Program Services team, where she managed the Graduate and Undergraduate Consulting Programs. In Fall 2006 Rosemary joined the UG CCD team to continue to Manage the UG Consulting Programs (including MCFE and IME2 Programs); Instruct the Family Enterprise FYS Class; and Advise the Global Society student organization. She brings to Babson 20 years of experience working in higher education. Additionally, Rosemary has worked as a counselor both in teaching an adult education career development course as well as counseling in a clinical setting for the Metrowest Medical Center. Prior to her experiences in higher education, Rosemary has worked in the corporate sector for BOSE Corporation in the International and Professional Products Divisions and has done event planning for companies in Boston. Rosemary holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Psychology/Counseling. |

In her role, Laura is responsible for generating internship opportunities and developing internship and other experiential program initiatives. Laura previously worked with the Babson recruiting team managing eRecruiting and assisting with employer relations. Prior to coming to Babson College, Laura worked for Chubb Insurance as a property & casualty underwriter of high tech, biotech & pharmaceutical firms. She also worked as an Information Specialist in the admissions office at Wheelock College. Laura earned a B.S. in Finance from Stonehill College and is currently completing her M.B.A. at Babson College. |

In her role, Michelle provides career counseling to undergraduate students and alumni, coordinates the design and delivery of career programming initiatives, and manages the print and online career resources available in the Career Resource Library. Prior to coming to Babson, Michelle worked at Quincy College as an Academic Advisor and Admissions Counselor. She also held a graduate assistantship coordinating the First Year Professional Development Seminar in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. Michelle earned a M.A. in Higher Education Administration and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Boston College. |

|  Vicky Keller Assistant Director, Career Education & Alumni Relations vkeller@babson.edu Ext. 5125 | Victoria Keller is the Assistant Director of Career Education and Alumni Relations. In her role, she provides career counseling to undergraduate students and alumni, partners with faculty and administration in the delivery of career counseling education, promotes alumni participation and manages the assessment process for all CCD programs. Prior to coming to Babson, Vicky worked in Human Resources for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care for six years in recruiting, HRIS, and employee relations. Vicky also worked at Arthur Anderson in San Francisco managing the training program for the audit department. Additionally, as a graduate assistant at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education, she assisted students with securing student-teaching internships. Vicky earned a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University and a M.A. in Counseling from Boston College. |

|  David Javier Manager Corporate Relations & Recruitment djavier@babson.edu Ext. 4379 | David Javier is the Manager of Corporate Relations and Recruiting for the Undergraduate Center for Career Development. In his role, David manages the on-campus recruiting program, including partnering with employers, organizing interviews and information sessions, and responding to students’ and employers’ questions on recruiting issues. Prior to joining the Undergraduate CCD team, David spent more than 10 years as a recruiter in the Legal, Financial Services, and Insurance industries. Over the years, he gained experience hiring candidates ranging from entry-level college graduates to senior-level candidates. He also is experienced in managing and coordinating internship programs as well as delivering training to college students and employers. David earned a B.A. in Government from Colby College and will be pursuing his Master’s Degree. |

In her role, Arline oversees all internal operations including the functions that support the recruiting program and the counseling staff, manages employer requests to post and qualifies employer information and manages all IS related projects for Undergraduate CCD. Arline also provides analysis of traffic flow and student engagement within office services and partners with College Marketing and ITSD to update content for the CCD website. Prior to joining the CCD team, Arline spent 7 years working in the Office of Campus Life here at Babson College as the Coordinator of Housing Operations. Arline earned a B.A. in Psychology from University of Massachusetts and a M.A. in Education from Boston College. |

Linda has been a member of the CCD team for the past 5 years. She brings over 15 years of experience working in education. Prior to coming to Babson College, Linda worked as the Head House Director and various other positions at Dana Hall School. She has taught elementary education, worked in special education, along with living and working overseas for 8 years in New Zealand. Linda has her B.S. in Communication Disorders and M.Ed. from Lesley University. |
