The Babson Skating Center's Figure-Skating Programs offer skaters the opportunity to take their talents to the next level.

FIGURE-SKATING/FREESTYLE CLASSES
The Babson Skating School's freestyle classes allow figure skaters the opportunity to develop their skills to the fullest potential.  Skaters who have passed all of the basic-skills levels may advance to the freestyle classes.  Skaters will learn more advanced maneuvers, including jumps and spins.

ICE-DANCE/MOVES-IN-THE-FIELD SESSIONS
We offer weekday ice-dance/moves-in-the-field sessions for skaters at the Babson Skating Center.  These sessions offer skaters the opportunity to work individually on their dances and take private lessons.

There are some exceptions for holidays and unforeseen events.  Please see the monthly schedule available in the lobby.

ICE-DANCE/MOVES SESSION FEES
You may contract these sessions in advance or pay a walk-on fee.
Monthly Contract Rates:
Single 50-60 minute time period: $14
Double 50-60 minute time period: $24
Walk-on Rates:
Single 50-60 minute time period: $15
Double 50-60 minute period: $26 

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are for everyone.  Private lessons are set up, by appointment only, directly with an instructor.  They are taught during public-skating, freestyle, ice-dance, moves-in-the-field, and club sessions.  Private-lesson fees vary depending on the instructor and the length of the lesson.  Admission or ice-time fees are additional; this is a separate charge from your instructor's fee.

FIGURE-SKATING CLUB
The Babson Skating Club is a local figure-skating club affiliated with the Babson Skating Center.
