The Babson Skating School offers excellent Figure Skating and Hockey development programs for beginner through advanced levels. We hold Tot, Basic-Skills, Adult, Hockey-Skills, and Freestyle classes. Our school encourages participation from the young to the young at heart. We have a highly qualified professional coaching staff. Each coach is a member of at least one of the following organizations: Professional Skaters Association, US Figure Skating, Ice Skating Institute, and/or USA Hockey.
TOT CLASSES
Tot classes are for skaters 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 years of age. There is a seven student per instructor ratio.

BASIC-SKILLS CLASSES
The Babson Skating School makes skill development fun for everyone of all ages and levels. Anyone aspiring to learn how to skate or to become an elite-level skater needs to begin with basic-skills development. Our classes provide participants with the necessary fundamentals to continue in a figure skating or hockey program. Basic-skills classes are for skaters 5 1/2 years of age and older. There is a twelve student per instructor ratio.

The Babson Skating School's hockey-skills classes allow future hockey players the opportunity to develop their skills. Skaters who have passed Babson's Novice-One Level may advance to the hockey-skills classes. Stick and puck handling skills will not be taught at this level. Hockey skates and helmets are recommended. Hockey-skills classes are for skaters 5 1/2 years of age and older. There is a twelve student per instructor ratio.
HOCKEY-SKILLS APPLICATIONS
FREESTYLE CLASSES
The Babson Skating School's freestyle classes allow figure skaters the opportunity to develop their skills to the fullest potential. Skaters who have passed all of the basic-skills levels may advance to the freestyle classes. Skaters will learn more advanced maneuvers, including jumps and spins.

REGISTRATION
Registration Deadline: Spring 2008 March 14,2008
Applications received after deadline will be charged a $15 late fee. Registrations are accepted by mail or in person at the Babson Skating Center. You are encouraged to register early as classes fill up quickly. Please provide the required information and return the registration with the signed waiver and payment.
