All student residence halls offer on-campus parking, in-room cable boxes and telephone jacks, and wireless Internet access. Many residence halls feature laundry in building; students in residence halls without dedicated laundry facilities are able to access laundry in neighboring residence halls. All new students will have access to Babson College housing applications within 72 business hours of confirming enrollment and submitting the deposit. Please note that applications might not be live at the time of confirming enrollment.
Babson is a residential college and all entering, first-year students are required to live on campus.

Students in the Grow. Achieve. Prepare. (G.A.P.) program must submit the Spring 2016 Housing License and Meal Plan Agreement by the October 30 application deadline. All G.A.P. students are required to live on campus and be on the meal plan for their first two semesters (spring and summer session I and II). Exchange students who meet the application deadlines will be accommodated on campus. Students returning from abroad or a leave of absence who wish to live on campus for the spring semester should submit the Spring Housing Application. The Spring Housing Application will be available in late September and must be submitted by the October 30 application deadline. Room Selection (2016-17)
Room selection, an annual process, allows current/returning students to select their rooms and choose their roommates for the following academic year. Returning/current students who plan to live on campus for the following academic year must participate in the room-selection process and submit a Returning Student Housing Application, as only students who submit an application are eligible for housing. Current students confirmed to graduate in May, studying abroad for the Fall 2016 semester, or who are in arrears, are not eligible to participate in room selection. Winter Term Housing
Winter term housing is available for students registered for a winter session class, doing an internship for credit, working 35 hours per week on campus, and winter athletes (as confirmed by Athletics). Information about winter term housing and the application will be available on the
Summer Housing (Session I, Session II, and MSA)
Undergraduate and MSA students taking classes, undergraduate students working 35 hours per week on campus, and undergraduate students doing an internship for credit are eligible for summer housing. Note that there are a limited number of rooms available for summer sessions. Accordingly, the Housing Office will work to accommodate your needs, but we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to do so.
