You won't believe what happens here! Sure, you'll study business, but you won't just sit and take notes, you'll get completely immersed. In fact, during your first year, you and a student team will create, run, and liquidate a business(with a $3,000 start up loan from us!).
But that's just the beginning. Our curriculum, designed with the help of business leaders throughout the country, is the road map for your career. It can take you anywhere you want to go. The Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of the curriculum challenge you to master one set of skills and knowledge before moving on to more complex, advanced work. And it all makes sense. It all fits together. But that's just what happens on campus.
You can also study abroad, spend an internship in retail marketing with Calvin Klein, consult on a marketing project for the Boston Ballet, or found and grow your own campus business.
When you graduate from Babson, you will have all the skills and a good bit of the experience you need to begin your business career. And because we believe in educating the "whole" person (half of your courses will be chosen from our extensive Liberal Arts curriculum), you may also be able to quote Shakespeare, write poetry, discuss Greek philosophy, or speak Japanese. It's up to you.
