The Posse Foundation identifies, recruits, and trains incredible youth leaders from urban public high schools, and sends these groups as “posses” to top colleges and universities in this country. These leadership scholars who are likely to be overlooked for college admissions have a national graduation rate of 94 percent.
Babson became the first business school in the nation to join the Posse Program. Including Babson, The Posse Foundation currently has 21 partner schools. The first Babson “posse”of 11 students arrived on campus in the fall of 2004.
Babson joined the Posse Program to develop leaders. Attending the College not only makes a difference for each new class of Posse students, but also enriches the rest of the student body and the community at large.
